Risk of loss is passed to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier or delivery agent. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

For clarity, you maintain title and bear the risk of loss, including the exposure of personal identifiable information, when you send your physical card to us for use in the creation of your new card. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
